Welcome to XYZ 3D. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms.
About Our Products
XYZ 3D creates 3D printed poker accessories, organization products, keychains, and custom items. Because our products are 3D printed:
- Colors may vary slightly between batches due to differences in filament and printing conditions.
- Minor imperfections (layer lines, small surface texture) are a normal characteristic of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.
- Items may be sensitive to prolonged heat exposure and should not be left in direct sunlight or hot vehicles, as this may cause warping.
Product Safety Notice
Many of our items, including keychains, dealer buttons, and mix game plaques, contain small parts and may present a choking hazard. These products are not intended for children under 3 years of age, and adult supervision is recommended when used around young children. Our products are intended for recreational and personal use by adults and are not toys.
Custom Orders
For custom or personalized items (colors, logos, text, or made-to-order designs), please review your order details carefully before submitting, as these items are produced specifically for you. Additional fees may apply for custom design work, and turnaround times may vary — we'll communicate estimated timing directly with you.
Pricing & Availability
We reserve the right to update pricing, descriptions, and product availability at any time without prior notice. In the rare case an item is unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a refund, substitute, or adjusted timeline.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or errors in pricing or product information. If we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full.
Intellectual Property
All designs, product photography, and content on this site are the property of XYZ 3D and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
XYZ 3D is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our products are intended for recreational and personal use.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
