We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Processing Time
Ready-made items typically ship within 1–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time — we'll let you know the estimated turnaround when you place a custom order or reach out to us at orders@xyz3dmodels.com.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total:
- Orders under $10: $3.99
- Orders $10–$25: $6.99
- Orders $25.01–$34.99: $9.99
- Orders $35 and over: Free
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.
Lost or Delayed Packages
XYZ 3D is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once a package has left our hands. If your tracking shows an issue (lost, stuck, or significantly delayed), contact us at orders@xyz3dmodels.com and we'll do our best to help resolve it with the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at orders@xyz3dmodels.com and we'll try to correct it before shipment.
